Established in 2006, FWIB is a professional development organization that gives women the tools to succeed and break down barriers in college and beyond. We strive to become leaders and examples in our community. Our vision is to empower women in a supportive environment and provide each member a unique experience. FWIB is an inclusive organization to all ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and majors! Join us on our journey to change corporate culture and CHOMP through the glass ceiling. ​
